Our recent project in Pendeen involved a complete roof replacement, featuring the installation of new Cupa 16x8 hook fixed slates. We also addressed the issue of old felt flat roofs with inadequate insulation by replacing them with a PIR solid insulation warm roof and fiberglass coverings, further reinforced by Alutrix 600 self-adhesive vapor barriers. Every aspect of this project was executed with a focus on energy efficiency and insulation, with both vertical and sloped ceiling areas receiving thorough insulation. Additionally, we installed new UPVC fascias and guttering around the entire roof, ensuring not only the durability but also the aesthetics of the property.
