The project involved cleaning and restoring the chimney, adding stainless steel render mesh and UPVC render beads for water resistance, applying SBR coat and double render coats, and finishing with sharp sand flaunching and masonry white paint. The neighbour's side received particular attention, with the installation of proper slates onto a bonding gutter.
