New Marley Ludlow major tile roof in Tehidy.
Rockwool and celotex insulation increased throughout.
Warm roof installed to the dormer with restec coating and anthracite cladding.
All tiles clipped and nailed to specifications and job signed off by building control giving the customer peace of mind if they wish to sell in the future.
Enjoyed this one, very pleased with the finished roof.
